Franklin CP3 Eco Basic Three-Phase Pump Starter – 415V DOL

The Franklin CP3 Eco Basic Three-Phase Pump Starter provides straightforward manual starting, stopping and thermal-overload protection for compatible 415V three-phase water pumps.

It is a compact direct-on-line starter with green start and red stop push buttons. Ten models are available for motors from 0.37kW through to 7.5kW.

The correct starter must be selected using the pump motor’s full-load nameplate current as well as its kW rating.

Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician. Select the starter using the motor’s full-load nameplate current—not motor kW alone. The overload must be correctly adjusted during commissioning.

The CP3 Eco Basic is intended for straightforward manual start/stop operation. It does not replace the full CP3 panel where automatic pressure, tank-level, probe, no-flow or dry-run protection is required.
